Rental Policies for Voy Car Rentals

Age and License Requirements:

Renters must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license. A major credit or debit card is required to keep on file.

Deposit and Payment:

A $300 deposit is due at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit will be refunded within 1-3 business days after the vehicle is returned, provided the car is in good condition and there are no outstanding balances or fees.

Mileage and Travel Restrictions:

Unlimited mileage is included within city limits. For trips exceeding a three-hour driving radius, an additional $25 per day fee applies.

Return and Extensions:

Please return the vehicle on time or let us know in advance if you need an extension. A $50 late fee applies per hour overdue. If payment is not received on time, the vehicle will be placed in sleep mode until the balance is settled.

Fuel and Cleanliness:

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup and in a reasonably clean condition to avoid additional fees.

No Smoking Policy:

For the comfort of all customers, smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. A smoke-odor fee will be charged if any smoke smell is detected upon return.

Parking Tickets and Violations:

Any parking tickets or traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
